If an item isn't to your liking or is not as described, we want to fix the issue for you. We will always offer you a discount on another item so that you can get an item you're delighted with.

As a business, we comply with UK consumer law.

• Buyers have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt.
• To start a return, please request it through the website's system or email us within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Once the item is received back, a refund will be issued for the purchase price.
• Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Exemptions: Returns are not accepted on certain hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, swimwear without hygiene seals, earrings).
